Developed and coordinated branded sample kits to support post–trade show outreach, featuring specialty ink sample shirts that highlight a range of print techniques, along with curated patch kit samples to showcase product versatility. Each kit also includes a custom stress ball featuring our Stinger Bee mascot to reinforce brand recognition and create a memorable touchpoint.

To ensure measurable impact, I incorporated a trackable QR code that directs recipients to our company website, allowing us to monitor engagement and evaluate ROI from each distribution. This approach not only elevates presentation and perceived value but also supports ongoing project management by providing clear data on post-event follow-up effectiveness and customer interest.
